While being on site can add value in certain cases, a significant portion of what I provide is based on understanding the property, the constraints, and the intent behind the project. Through online consultations (via Zoom or Microsoft Teams), we can review: Site layouts Existing plans Aerial imagery Photographs and videos These sessions allow for detailed discussions and meaningful insight, even without physically visiting the property. There are, of course, some limitations depending on the complexity of the project but in most cases, clients still gain substantial clarity and direction through a remote consultation.

Yes, and it’s important to be clear about that. I am an architect myself, and any architect is technically capable of providing similar advice. The difference lies in how the service is structured and the intent behind it. Traditional architectural services are typically geared toward progressing a project from concept through to design, documentation, and construction. That process often assumes that the client is going to proceed. My role is different. I provide high-level advice, feasibility insight, and structured feedback without any expectation of further involvement. I am not positioning myself to become your architect, and I am not trying to guide you toward a specific outcome. That independence allows the advice to remain objective. Whether you proceed with a project, change direction, or decide not to move forward at all, the goal is simply to equip you with the clarity and understanding needed to make an informed decision.
